commit 808c291c76b7ecb4ae13b6ee12e8afe658b627c1 from: DNS777 via: Alexander Barton date: Tue Sep 25 11:08:39 2012 UTC New configuration option "OperChanPAutoOp" If disabled, IRC operators don't become channel operators in persistent channels when joining. Enabled by default, which has been the behavior of ngIRCd up to this patch. Closes bug #135.
